Position Title : Processing Technician
Position Location : Fitchburg
Position Type : On-Site
Position Schedule : Monday - Thursday; 6 am to 4 pm or M-F 7 am to 3pm
Employment Status : Full-Time

Position Summary :
Processing Technicians are responsible for handling and processing dry & cured plant material, running standard production machinery, and assisting with general packaging of products within our production facility.
Processing Technicians will help produce our flower products including but not limited to pre-rolls & pre-packed flower units.
As a processing technician you will assist in all post harvest and trimming processes. Our Processing Technicians will assist with other operational needs that arise during day-to-day functions of the Production Department at Revolutionary Clinics
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently assist in trimming flower according to Revolutionary Clinics standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices (GMP), as assigned.
- Assist in Post Harvest processes as assigned.
- Effectively aid with preparing flower material for pre-roll production as assigned
- Run pre-roll, trimming, & flower packaging machinery as assigned
- Accurately produce, fill, & label products within the production facility, including but not limited to pre-packed flower units, bulk flower units, pre-roll units and other products as assigned
- Monitor and maintain Rev Cannabis’s high-quality standards throughout and in all items & processes associated with producing, filling, packaging, and labeling of products to minimize waste or rework.
- Maintain cleanliness & sanitation of all production areas and equipment according to CCC guidelines & Revolutionary Clinics standard operating procedures.
- Ensure that all sections of production are in complete accordance with all Massachusetts set regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records of daily production
- Accurate communication of records of daily production to management.
- Work as a member of a fast-paced team environment to help the team meet group goals.
- Performs and assist with all other Production & facility related duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in production or manufacturing environments in compliance with 21 CFR Part 211- Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and / or ISO 9000
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior experience within the cannabis industry
- Team orientated
- Willingness & Strong work ethics
- High School Diploma or GED required
Required Qualifications :
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check annually to ensure compliance within Cannabis Control Commission and Revolutionary Clinics set regulations
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Environmental Factors :
Employees may be required to bend, squat, kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, complete repetitive hand movements, and / or walk intermittently throughout the day.
Employees may also be exposed to company approved chemicals for sanitation and production purposes. Team members will also be exposed to cannabis and cannabis products while onsite.
