What You'll Do :

Manage day-to-day activities of the Manufacturing Specialist Group

Lead and oversee deviation and investigation processes related to manufacturing operations

Review deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs to ensure thorough resolution

Partner with Quality and cross-functional teams to address manufacturing issues compliantly

Manage external contractors supporting deviation investigations and closure

What We're Looking For :

✅ Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, chemical engineering, bioengineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience

✅ 3-5 years of relevant clinical and commercial manufacturing operations experience in life sciences

✅ At least 1 year in a supervisory or people management role

✅ Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP systems

✅ Expertise in human error reduction strategies, right-first-time execution, and fostering a just culture
