Job description
Seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk, the full-time position will involve organizing, maintaining, and retrieving medical records while ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality in a healthcare setting. Key responsibilities: Review medical records for completeness and accuracy Coordinate with IT to correct medical record errors and assist with payer audits Complete clerical duties including answering phones, reviewing faxes, and responding to emails Required qualifications: High School Diploma 1-2 years of experience with an Electronic Medical Records system in a healthcare setting Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify patterns Advanced organization and time management skills
