Project Manager – General Contractor (High-Rise Developments) – Up to $190,000 + Bonus + 401k + Car Allowance + Healthcare

Our client is a general contractor and real estate developer in the heart of Chicago. Established just over 10 years ago, they are a mid-sized firm that have solid routes in the city. They pride themselves on being amongst the best in multifamily developments and have a reputation for quality and professionalism.

Their projects include high-rise multifamily and adaptive reuse up to $100M in value. Their incredible pipeline of work is going to take them to the next level as a construction firm, with them being set to go from a $50M dollar business to a $200M dollar business by 2027.

The Role :

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our clients team in Chicago. The right individual will have experience with MF projects within a general contractor and be based in Chicago.
