Contract Specialist

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing contract documents to ensure alignment with company needs and legal requirements

Managing vendor relationships, including evaluating bids and negotiating contract terms

Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to contracts

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree or equivalent with excellent academic credentials

3+ years of contract or direct customer experience

Experience with Salesforce.com preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Strong understanding of contract language and negotiation skills
