Job Summary
Our company is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a motivated Accountant (1–3 years of experience) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support month-end close, journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, employee expenses, and fixed asset maintenance.
You will also assist in preparing financial statements and supporting schedules, perform variance analysis, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting. The Accountant will ensure the accuracy of the general ledger (GL) under US GAAP and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes.
Key Performance Indicators
- Accuracy and quality of journal entries and reconciliations
- On-time completion of close tasks and reports
- Completeness and organization of account reconciliations and documentation
- Effective communication and teamwork with internal stakeholders
- Proactive identification and implementation of process improvements
