Technical Recruiter - $34 / hr-$38 / hr - Reston, VA

Our client, a geospatial analytics company, is seeking a temporary to permanent corporate Recruiter to support their growing office in Reston, VA!

Responsibilities :

Support full-cycle recruitment initiatives, campaigns, and logistics for product management and design roles.

Review and screen resumes, manage all internal notes, and schedule interviews.

Support onboarding; assist with completing new hire and employment paperwork.

Research sourcing options and track candidate activity.

Collaborate on job details and postings, expertly tailoring the needs to product related roles.

Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications :

2+ years of proven technical or engineering recruitment experience are required.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Proficiency in MS Office products and familiarity with HR databases is required.

Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.

Personable with an ability to relate to others.

Position Information :

$34 / hr-$38 / hr, depending on experience.

Temporary for 3-6 months, starting ASAP!

Hours are 8am-5pm.

Hybrid with 2 days / week on site in Reston, VA.
