The Western Montana Region:
· Our Skilled Nursing Facilities are located in Whitefish, Great Falls, Butte, and Dillon Montana!
· Key Partners are located in the above locations, as well as Bozeman, Billings, Helena, Kalispell, and Missoula.
· Common Outdoor Attractions in Western Montana include Skiing, Snowboarding, hunting, fishing, golf, hiking, mountain biking, and more! It is an outdoor enthusiast's dream!
Compensation Details:
· Pay: Starting at $80,000 DOE + Bonuses
· Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance
· Time Off: PTO
· Role-Specific Benefits: Travel Reimbursement
The Role's Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
· Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for growth within assigned regions.
· Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, industry influencers, and government agencies.
· Sales Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting clear targets and objectives, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.
· Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
· Client Engagement: Lead the development and presentation of proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
· Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
· Team Development: Mentor, coach, and develop the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Candidate Qualifications:
· Proven track record of at least 3+ years in business development or sales leadership roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
· Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
· Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and motivating teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
· The ability to regularly drive to our various facilities and key partner locations.
