What You'll Do :

Run 10-15 confirmed in-home appointments each week (no cold calls or door knocking).

Present roofing and exterior remodeling solutions to homeowners.

Complete paid training, then keep growing with ongoing sales coaching.

Work with a supportive team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

What You'll Get :

OTE : $125,000-$250,000 / year ($36K base + commission, then full commission after 6 months).

Paid training + uncapped commission program. This is a W-2 position.

What We're Looking For :

Reliable vehicle + valid driver's license.

Willingness to work Monday-Saturday (Saturdays required).

Sales or in-home sales experience is a plus, but not required-we'll train you.
