Transforming complex clinical data into high-quality datasets, the full-time Senior Clinical Data Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance machine learning applications in clinical research while working remotely. Key responsibilities Transform clinical trial, observational, and electronic health record data into well-structured datasets Evaluate data quality and propose strategies to mitigate bias and limitations Analyze longitudinal clinical datasets and communicate findings effectively to internal and external partners Required qualifications BS or advanced degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Psychology, Public Health, or related discipline 5+ years of experience in data wrangling, cleaning, and harmonizing datasets Fluency in Python and essential data science tools (numpy, pandas) Experience with clinical datasets in applied machine learning applications Prior experience in forward-deployed, client-facing settings
