Enthusiastic and detail-oriented, the full-time FP&A Graduate will gain hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis while working remotely for a 12-month contract, contributing to strategic decision-making and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Help prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries Assist in the analysis of financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and provide insights for business decisions Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets, learning the underlying processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus No prior professional experience required; relevant internships or academic projects are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with a willingness to develop financial modeling and data analysis skills Genuine interest in fintech and the crypto space, with a desire to learn about the financial services industry Familiarity with basic financial reporting and accounting concepts gained through academic studies
