Job description
Leading end-to-end change management strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Change Management will drive strategic change, process improvement, and organizational redesign while partnering with project leaders to ensure effective adoption of change initiatives. Key responsibilities: Lead and deliver change management strategies for large-scale projects, including technology implementations and process redesigns Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to tailor change interventions and mitigate resistance Design targeted communication plans and develop training programs to facilitate employee adaptation to new workflows Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in change management or transformation leadership roles Proven track record of leading change initiatives for large-scale projects Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Process Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams
