Job description
A company is looking for a Clinical Document Integrity Specialist - RN. Key Responsibilities Facilitates clinical documentation reviews to ensure accurate reflection of services and acuity in medical records Communicates with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure complete documentation of diagnoses, procedures, and treatments Initiates provider queries for documentation clarification and performs follow-ups to ensure accuracy prior to discharge Required Qualifications 3 years of acute care hospital nursing experience, preferably in critical care, or 5 years nursing experience with 3 years in critical care Registered Nurse (RN) license required Certification in Clinical Documentation (CCDS or CDIP) required within 6 months of hire Experience in a remote work environment is preferred Bachelor's Degree in nursing (BSN) is preferred
