Job Overview :

As a Shipping Clerk on our Warehouse Associate team, you play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products. Reporting to the facility supervisor and manager, you will collaborate in shipping operations, maintain shipping accuracy, and support the team with various warehouse tasks.

Duties And Responsibilities May Include :

• Process outgoing shipments and returned merchandise efficiently.
• Verify orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality; resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in material handling tasks such as packing, loading, and staging tires.
• Operate computers, tablets, and RF scanners to manage inventory and process orders.
• Utilize the warehouse management system (WMS) to open / close shipments, generate picking tasks, and create accurate shipping labels.
• Enter and maintain accurate shipping data in the WMS.
• Collaborate with customer service via email to provide shipping updates and address inventory needs.
• Support additional warehouse operations and duties as assigned.
