Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized MEP Superintendent to oversee the field execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on a large-scale data center construction project in Claude, TX. This role is critical to ensuring project milestones, safety, quality, and commissioning readiness are met across all MEP trades in a mission-critical environment. The ideal candidate brings proven field leadership in managing subcontractors, coordinating inspections, and supporting integrated systems testing on fast-track, high-uptime facilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Field Leadership & Coordination :

• Lead day-to-day field coordination of MEP trades including electrical, mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and fire protection subcontractors.
• Ensure installation aligns with project schedule, construction documents, and design intent, proactively identifying and resolving field conflicts.
• Conduct daily jobsite walks to monitor safety compliance, construction progress, and quality workmanship.
• Interface with general contractor, design engineers, commissioning agents, and owner representatives to track readiness milestones and ensure alignment on field priorities.
