Responsibilities
Cultivate and develop a pipeline of target candidates for recruiting and acquisitionsProvide training and support for a smooth onboarding experience for new hiresDevelop and implement an annual recruiting plan aligned with organizational objectivesEstablish and achieve sales recruitment goals and activities for the organizationConduct competitor analysis to monitor recruiting activities and tools within the industryQualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the promotional products industry and sales managementProficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Salesforce, and email marketing campaignsProven ability to prospect candidates through various channels, including social media and in-person meetingsStrong competency in interpreting financial statements and basic business structures such as P&L and Income StatementsAbility to travel up to 30% annuallyPreferred Qualifications
