Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and develop a pipeline of target candidates for recruiting and acquisitions
  • Provide training and support for a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Develop and implement an annual recruiting plan aligned with organizational objectives
  • Establish and achieve sales recruitment goals and activities for the organization
  • Conduct competitor analysis to monitor recruiting activities and tools within the industry
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the promotional products industry and sales management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Salesforce, and email marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to prospect candidates through various channels, including social media and in-person meetings
  • Strong competency in interpreting financial statements and basic business structures such as P&L and Income Statements
  • Ability to travel up to 30% annually
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leading meetings both in-person and virtually
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and successfully recruit new sales talent
  • Familiarity with Salesforce database management and deal management processes
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and equipped with effective leadership and time management skills
