Apartment Leasing Manager Responsibilities :
- Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent; Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers
- Assist in managerial duties when needed
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Prepare reports and paperwork
- Lease property
- There are 300 units on property!
