Telecommunications Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Telecommunications Project Manager to join their team in Columbia, MD! Our client offers cutting edge engineering solutions for communication companies, wireless carriers, and tower owners nationwide. Colliers has expanded their traditional customer base in the local market and is looking to backfill their current Telecommunications PM locally. This is an engineering position with PM duties! Candidates should have an in-depth knowledge in A&E engineering including design review, drafting, MACRO roof top sites, structural engineering, structural analysis, TELCO D markings, deliverables, project plans, job setup, costs, labor, BOM, MOP, SOW, RFPs, PNL, etc.
Day to day can include but is not limited to :
This position holds expectations of being a hybrid position (2 days in the Columbia office / 3 days remote) but our client is flexible here. Workload will be expected to be 90% in office (home / remote) and 10% in the field via site visits. (First 2 weeks of training will be onsite if possible)
Holding a PE is a huge plus but is not needed. Candidates should also be open to business development efforts, sales, professional communication with end clients to help acquire new business. Candidates should also be open to travel within the DMV (not often) and can use a company vehicle for travel or mileage reimbursement.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $154000.00 / yr.
