Construction Project Management Intern (Summer 2026)

Iconica is seeking a Construction Project Management Intern to join our team in Summer 2026!

As a Construction Project Management Intern, you’ll work alongside our Project Managers to gain hands-on exposure to the day-to-day responsibilities of managing projects.

Throughout your internship, you’ll :

• Attend project coordination meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Assist in communicating project needs and interpreting construction documents.
• Support project quality through reporting, shop drawing reviews, punch list tracking, and warranty follow-ups.
• Participate in subcontractor pre-award meetings, review scopes of work, help with owner payment requests, manage financial reporting, and coordinate RFIs between field and design teams.
• Maintain project schedules to ensure client commitments are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor subcontractor progress and complete safety audits.
• Engage in budget discussions, assist with monthly updates, and collaborate with the preconstruction team on scope estimates.
• Build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
