As a Financial Advisor in our Investor Center, you will engage directly with clients, offering tailored advice and personalized financial planning while enhancing our firm's brand recognition. You will have access to a comprehensive range of products and resources, allowing you to cultivate relationships with a solid existing client base.

What We Are Looking For :

• Demonstrated success in building client relationships and identifying their financial needs.
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses are required; you should also ideally have Series 65 or 66 licenses or be willing to obtain them upon hire.
• The ability to convey complex financial solutions clearly and build trust with knowledgeable clients.
• A degree or relevant professional certifications are advantageous, and if you do not possess a CFP certification or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can assist you in obtaining one.

Your Impact :

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on various factors. Additionally, the total compensation package may include bonuses or other variable compensation.

Most positions at Fidelity are hybrid, requiring teammates to work on-site every other week (Monday through Friday). This does not apply to fully remote roles.
