Job Description

Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain project schedules. Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines. Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to ensure project continuity. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and updates. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :

• A background in construction management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively on-site.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
