Position Summary - Olympia is a fully eq uipped gymnastics facility in St. Louis which offers gymnastics, ninja, and cheer / tumbling instruction for girls and boys ages toddler-teens. Olympia Gymnastics has an opportunity for a part time Director for the cheer / tumbling program at our Manchester location.

Position Description - This position requires teaching, managing, and administering of the program. Teaching classes in the gym and administrative work on site.

Responsibilities - Provide quality cheer and tumbling instruction through a fun-filled, high energy learning environment. Creating class materials and lesson plans, help kids develop coordination, self-confidence, and skill development in a positive manner.

Qualifications -

• Passion for children (required)
• High School Diploma (required) College Degree (desirable)
• Beginner to advanced tumbling skill knowledge (required)
• Cheerleading experience (required)
• 2 years leadership experience (required)
• Strong class management and communication skills, ability to communicate with children and parents in a positive and respectful manner (required)
• 20 hours / week - Available 3 evenings / week + Administrative duties (on sight)
