Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
BS / BA degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on customer success or support
Ability to identify and manage customer risks effectively
Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders at various levels
Proficiency in solution customization and configuration to meet client requirements
