Are you passionate about dance and organization? We're seeking a vibrant individual to join our dancing school as a Part-Time Receptionist! This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a dynamic environment and has exceptional organizational skills.
Position : Part-Time Receptionist Location : Tonawanda, New York
Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome to our dancing school.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our classes and events.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing bookings, and updating class schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and common spaces.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and word processing using Microsoft Word.
- Support instructors and staff with various tasks as needed.
Requirements :
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration is a plus but not required.
- Passion for dance and willingness to learn about our programs and services.
Schedule :
- 3 : 30 PM - 9 : 30 PM, 2-3 times per week (Flexible days, to be discussed during the interview)
- Saturdays from 8 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM
