The Accountant 2 provides professional accounting support to the Assistant Director of Accounting within the Faculty Practice Group's Finance Department. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, performing month-end close activities, and preparing internal and external reports that support operational and strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities include :

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger for the month-end close process
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and accurate data flow
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and annual budget
• Support the development of systems and processes to improve accounting accuracy and efficiency
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned

Salary Range : $29.17 - $56.37 Hourly
