Labor and Employment Law Attorney (3+ Years' Experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated Labor and Employment Law Attorney with 3+ years' experience in labor / employment law to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience and be comfortable working with employers on employment counseling and compliance issues. Corporate transactional and / or construction experience are considered advantageous. The attorney will play a key role in serving our clients and contributing to the growth of our practice.

• Responsibilities :
• Provide legal counsel and representation to employers on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including hearings, arbitrations and trials.
• Handle corporate transactional and construction matters.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
• Requirements :
• Admission to the State Bar of Minnesota.
• 3+ years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
• Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law.
• Proven track record of success.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
