Job Summary : You are the liaison between Klckner Pentaplast (kp) and the Customer! You coordinate all in-house contact with assigned customers, sales people and kp employees who are placing orders or making inquiries relative to product availability, orders, order status, or shipment dates.
Order Execution & Fulfillment :
Managing Delivery Dates & Late Orders :
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong English skills both written and verbally
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
You have strong computer skills (w experience SAP, SALES FORCE, strongly preferred).
