The Deployment Manager plays a key role in managing the planning, execution, and operational readiness of field deployment across the Americas region. This position supports the account teams on a broader scale ensuring the alignment of resource staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance for EF&I (Engineer, Furnish & Install) Services, contributing directly to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue goals.

Specific Responsibilities :

Strategic Deployment Planning

• Develop and maintain deployment strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Major account deployment initiatives at a regional level.
• Forecast and secure resource needs based on upcoming projects and long-term growth.
