The individual selected for this position will build Micro-Electronic sub-assemblies. Working in the Manual cell, using various liquid and sheet epoxies to lay the foundation of every micro-electronics module.

On the TACAIR Microwave Factory on a variety of products including 56C and EPAWSS.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of manufacturing experience and / or equivalent experience
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Experience with lamination presses, bladder bag ovens and sheet epoxies (mainly with the focus of attaching substrates to modules / housings).

Familiar with working with a wide variety of adhesives and epoxy's.

• Able to work with a microscope for an entire shift.
• Familiar with MIL-STD-883

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $39820 - $63690

Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
