Corporate Project Manager
The Corporate Project Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chief of Staff and leadership team by coordinating a variety of administrative, operational, and strategic initiatives. This position blends project management, administrative support, and event planning responsibilities to ensure the seamless execution of meetings, communications, and cross-functional projects. This individual will help organize key business and governance activitiessuch as board and shareholder meetingswhile also managing logistics for leadership events and ownership gatherings. They will coordinate recurring and ad hoc projects related to business operations, policy development, and process improvement, bringing clarity, organization, and follow-through to complex and confidential workflows. This position operates in a hybrid capacity (2 days in-office / 3 days remote) and can be based out of any Breakthru Beverage Group office within the East Region.
Essential Job Functions :
- Collaborate with Chief of Staff and Executive Committee to design, implement, and refine project management frameworks supporting Sunbelt's entities, owners, and operations.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving legal, administrative, and governance workflows, driving process improvement and scalable execution.
- Track, report, and present project progress, key risks, and milestones to the Chief of Staff and Executive Committee leadership.
- Identify and integrate tools to enhance efficiency, workflow automation, and compliance across legal and administrative processes.
- Manage entity-related projects such as compliance filings, board books and records, and document storage, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Direct implementation of Executive Committee initiatives, including education sessions, family retreat logistics, annual meetings, and valuation processes, from initiation to completion.
- Oversee end-to-end document execution and storage, ensuring quality control and timely routing for approvals and signatures.
- Facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
- Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree required4-6 years of project management or operational coordination experience in legal, financial services, or family office settings.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale, deadline-driven projects concurrently.Exceptional organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.Process development experience ability to create and improve scalable administrative workflows.Comfort with confidential material and high-discretion environments.Skills :

Salary and Benefit Statement :
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience. Salary Range : $96,600.00 - $120,750.00 Annually. This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program. Metrics and level of participation are determined annually. This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan.
