Project Coordinator

Job description :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in managing cross-functional initiatives across 7 agile teams. The role involves creating and maintaining Gantt charts to visualize timelines and dependencies across agile teams. The Project Coordinator will build and maintain presentation decks, attend meetings with the RTE, take meeting notes, and translate updates into clear, actionable visuals. They will be responsible for gathering updates from Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) and Scrum Master / ATCs, consolidating this information, and updating internal systems accordingly. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will assist with PI Planning activities, including the creation of post-PI executive presentation decks that summarize how the planning went and what outcomes were achieved. Compensation : $55,000-$65,000 / year. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Must haves :

• Prior experience in a project coordination or PMO support role.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Jira
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
