For this opportunity, you'll respond to customer questions about tax assessments, appeals, and arbitrations via phone and email, helping them navigate the process of lowering their property tax rates.

You'll work closely with your team to research accurate information, identify appropriate solutions, and ensure every customer receives clear, detailed, and effective support.
