Process Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and skilled Process Engineer to join our leading manufacturing team. In this role, you will have the chance to directly improve production processes, maintain high-quality standards, and contribute to innovation within a fast-paced environment. What Youll Do Drive and support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, safety, and product quality. Offer daily technical assistance to plant operations, including troubleshooting process and equipment issues, with a focus on PLC systems. Review process changes, specifications, and materials to ensure they meet standards and consistency. Mentor and guide junior engineers and plant staff. What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering. Proven skills in PLC troubleshooting and process optimization. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and a hands-on, proactive approach. Experience mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
