ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Zanesville, Ohio. Schedule Day shift from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM with every other weekend required. No call requirement. Job Description The Registered Nurse will primarily work on the 4 South Cardiac unit and will occasionally float between various Med-Surg units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED / Med-Surg boarders. The position requires current proficiency in Epic EMR, as specific training options are not provided. Responsibilities Provide nursing care in the Cardiac unit and float to Med-Surg units as required. Conduct telemetry monitoring and ensure competency through testing on day one. Utilize Epic EMR proficiently in patient documentation and care coordination. Adhere to safety protocols and provide patient education as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 3 years of current or recent experience in Telemetry and / or Stepdown nursing. Active BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
