Providing support to families involved with Child Welfare, the full-time Oregon Licensed Family Care Specialist will manage a small caseload in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties, focusing on skill building, parent coaching, and connecting families to community resources while attending team meetings and training sessions. Key responsibilities Manage a small caseload of families, providing skill building and parent coaching Connect families to community resources to address safety threats and concerns Attend team meetings and training sessions, and provide updates to ODHS on family progress Required qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) 2 years of relevant experience, with additional education potentially substituting for experience Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance Ability to work irregular days and/or hours Must reside in one of the counties being served (Marion, Polk, or Yamhill)
