What You'll Do You will support client projects from start to finish, including: Delivering statistically sound analytics outputs. Managing project timelines, revenue, and profit margins. Leading and developing a team of analysts. Building presentations and generating actionable insights. Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Developing client and agency relationships. Supporting marketing content creation and analyst development. Key Characteristics Evidence of curiosity and investigation into analytics or business questions, with readiness to discuss topics like marketing effects, long-term impacts, or dealing with uncertainty. Responsibilities Data Handling: Data extraction, validation, and manipulation; overseeing data collection and quality checks. Model Building: Overseeing model development, validation, and sign-off, with expertise in Bayesian and Frequentist approaches. Insight Generation: Supporting interpretation, ensuring accuracy, and making insights actionable. Project Management: Managing project timelines, resources, and client relationships.
