Site Acquisition Specialist – Wireless Telecom (PA Market Focus)
Location: Remote (Preferred: EST or CST Time Zones)
Pay: ~ $38.46/hr– $40.87/hr ($80k/yr--$85k/yr)
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Site Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume wireless telecom projects in the Pennsylvania market. This is a fully remote role supporting new site builds and modification projects with a focus on lease negotiation, zoning, permitting, and tower owner application processes.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative team supporting cutting-edge telecom infrastructure deployments.
Role Overview
The Site Acquisition Specialist will lead efforts across candidate selection, lease execution, entitlement, and permitting for wireless new builds and modifications. You’ll interface with internal teams, tower owners, local jurisdictions, and landowners to ensure sites move smoothly from search ring release to construction readiness.
