Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Clients with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
Help Clients with personal hygiene
Document Resident food and fluid intake
Assist Clients with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
Making the Client's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
Adhere to professional standards and follow all policies and procedures
Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
Maintain the confidentiality of all Clients data
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:
Current and Valid CNA certification
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills
Good collaboration and teamwork skills
Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
Keen attention to detail
In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for a number of medical conditions
Physical strength and stamina
First aid and CPR certifications
