Test Coordinator

Lumen Christi Catholic School, a Pre-K-12 classical Catholic school, is seeking a part-time Test Coordinator to oversee state testing administration for the 2026-27 school year.Position Scope:This seasonal role manages logistics and proctoring for Indiana's required assessments - three checkpoint administrations and one cumulative summative - ensuring compliance with state testing protocols and a smooth experience for students and staff.Responsibilities:Coordinate scheduling, materials, and room logistics for each testing windowProctor and/or train staff proctors per Indiana testing security requirementsManage student testing environment needsServe as point of contact with the state testing platformMaintain testing security and chain-of-custody documentationQualifications:Active Indiana teaching license (required)Familiarity with ILEARN/IREAD checkpoint administration preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to compliance detailComfortable working independently within a small school teamSchedule:Part-time, seasonal-active during pre-training, three checkpoint windows and one cumulative testing window across the school year.
