Job description

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent the Dagne Dover brand and become a go-to product expert
  • Engage customers with enthusiasm, sharing our story and helping them find exactly what they need
  • Drive sales by building meaningful customer relationships
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  • Collaborate with our founders, marketing, and ops teams on fun, in-store activations
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive space for both team members and customers

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and strong people skills
  • A natural talent for relationship-building and personalized customer service
  • Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a results-driven team
  • Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn
  • Passion for retail, style, and creating memorable customer moments
  • Availability from May through August, including weekends
