This full-scope practice has built a strong regional reputation for clinical excellence and patient-focused care, and is seeking a talented Oral Surgeon to join their expanding team.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
(No evenings or weekends required)
Scope of Clinical Services Includes:
Dental Implants
Wisdom Teeth Removal
Tooth Extractions
Bone Grafting
Oral Pathology
Pre-Prosthetic Surgery
Bone Morphogenetic Protein (BMP)
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF)
Exposure of Impacted Teeth
3D Imaging and Digital Planning
In-Office Anesthesia

Compensation & Benefits Overview:
Tiered Collections-Based Compensation Model: Providers are compensated based on a generous collections model with unlimited potential. The more you produce, the more you earn.
Guaranteed Base Salary in Year One: To provide stability while building your practice, you’ll receive a monthly minimum of $33,333—or your collections-based earnings—whichever is higher.
Student Loan Assistance: $2,000 per month provided during your first year to help offset student loan payments.
Relocation Support: Negotiable relocation assistance available.
Continuing Education Support: $2,500 annual CE allowance for coursework, travel, and professional development.
Comprehensive Benefits: Includes health, dental, vision, disability, HSA/FSA, legal services, pet insurance, and identity theft protection.
Malpractice Insurance: Premium, fully covered claims-made malpractice insurance through a leading OMS carrier.
Paid Time Off: Four (4) weeks of PTO.
Clinical Support: Access to the best surgical instruments, technology, and lab services—all at no cost to the provider.
