Requirements :

• Minimum 4 years of experience in fleet management, transportation supervision, or similar role.
• Valid Class A CDL license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• In-depth knowledge of DOT / FMCSA regulations and Hours of Service (HOS).
• Strong understanding of transportation safety standards and risk management practices.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance schedules and equipment lifecycle management.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control in fleet operations.
• Ability to perform well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Strong decision-making skills when balancing compliance, cost, and service.

Job Description :

The Fleet Transportation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all drivers remain DOT compliant while managing fleet operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and service excellence. This role oversees driver performance, fleet compliance, vendor management, and local transportation activities to support GTs operational goals.
