To support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs, the fully remote Licensed Customer Care Representative will deliver exceptional service, communicate with customers and agents across multiple channels, and navigate various systems while adhering to compliance and legal requirements. Key responsibilities Receive and respond to inquiries related to insurance matters, resolving moderately complex issues regarding policy provisions and conditions Document customer interactions and outcomes thoroughly in the system while accessing account information across multiple platforms Recognize opportunities for process improvement and partner with various departments to address customer needs effectively Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required A valid Producer/Agent/General Lines license with a Property and Casualty line of authority is required Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools preferred
