Systems Support Engineer

Working remotely during PST hours, the temporary Systems Support Engineer will manage incoming support requests, triage and resolve technical issues related to remote development environments, and enhance support documentation for customer self-service. Key responsibilities Own first response to customer support requests and monitor support channels for prompt issue acknowledgment Triage and reproduce issues, categorizing and resolving them or routing them to the appropriate team with detailed documentation Continuously improve support documentation by creating runbooks and FAQs based on recurring issues Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field (e.g., Mechanical, Computer, Aerospace) 2-4 years of relevant experience in a technical support role Basic networking literacy, including familiarity with SSH, DNS, VPNs, and HTTP(S) proxies Cross-platform experience with macOS, Windows, and Linux Proficiency in command-line navigation and version control basics
