Key Responsibilities
As a Midas Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of shop operations, including :
Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members
Deliver exceptional customer service through listening, consultation, and clear communication
Supervise and support automotive and general service technicians
Manage P&L accountability and drive profitability through cost control and efficiency
Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
