Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain seamless communication and workflow. Ensure safety protocols and regulations are strictly adhered to across the site. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations proactively. Review and approve project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and daily reports. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout the construction process. Resolve on-site issues promptly, maintaining a focus on project goals and client satisfaction. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and efficiency.
