They are currently seeking an Agency Advisor & Trainer to join their growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping independent agents grow their businesses by providing training, coaching, and hands-on support. Through direct guidance and expert advice, you will strengthen agents' capabilities in selling and managing personal lines policies. REQUIREMENTS
-
Bilingual in both English and Spanish

Colorado Licensed in Property and Casualty (P&C)

1+ years of experience in property and casualty, selling, training, or customer service.

Experience working with a variety of carriers, understanding different risk categories and underwriting guidelines.

Experience using a variety of quoting and agency management systems.

Strong understanding of insurance agency business models.

Build relationships and partnerships with agents and carriers.

Lead onboarding and ongoing training for agency owners on personal lines insurance.

Leverage strong communication, analytical thinking, adaptability, and technology skills to deliver impactful training and foster agent success.
