Supporting the Virtual Care Center, the full-time Telehealth Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule virtual appointments, and assist with referrals and authorizations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls and collect patient information for scheduling virtual appointments Support providers with referral and authorization requests, including submission and follow-up Conduct outreach calls and assist with new hire onboarding and training sessions Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years of experience in a primary care or medical office setting Experience providing high-quality customer service and technical assistance Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously and adapt to new technologies
