community. Kelly took over the agency from her father, Jon, who served as a Farmers
Insurance agent for 46 years. Today, Jon continues to work with Kelly, focusing on
financial and retirement planning, including Medicare products. Our mission is to build

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Customer Service Sales Representative to
join our team. This role offers a base salary ranging from $35,000 to $50,000, with
additional opportunities for commission and bonuses. You will be responsible for
enhancing client relationships, supporting sales goals, and ensuring a high level of
customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone ready to grow their career, with the
potential to move into an office manager position in the future. A license is required
before starting, and we will support you with study materials and cover the initial costs.

Ability to obtain a required insurance license before starting, with support provided by the agency
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
