Join our team at the Bob Hoffman Dover YMCA as a Child Watch Attendant!

The Child Watch Attendant provides a safe and engaging environment for children while parents participate in YMCA programs. This position includes supervising play, leading age-appropriate activities, and maintaining a caring, secure space for all children in your care.

Schedule :

Mondays & Wednesdays : 5 : 00–8 : 00 PM

Occasional Saturdays, with opportunities for additional hours
